Safety & compliance

The standard we will not trade against price.

Every protocol below is documented, audited monthly and available to your compliance team on request.

Drivers

Who is behind the wheel.

Police verification

Mandatory background verification before induction, refreshed periodically.

Induction & refresher training

Defensive driving, employee etiquette, emergency response and route discipline.

Licence & medical checks

Validity, endorsement history and fitness verified with expiry tracking.

Behaviour monitoring

Speed, harsh braking and route deviation scored, with counselling and removal thresholds.

Women's safety

Night-shift protocol for women employees.

The area regulators and clients scrutinise most closely — so we document it in full.

  • No last drop

A woman employee is never the final drop on a night route.

  • Trained security escort

Escort deployed per client policy on qualifying night trips.

  • Live shift monitoring

Night trips actively watched in the control room, not just logged.

  • Home-reach confirmation

Trip closes only on confirmed safe arrival.

Protocol wording aligned to state transport rules and client internal policies at contract stage.

Vehicles

Vehicle standards.

Age & fitness limits

Vehicles retired on defined age and condition thresholds, not when they die.

Preventive maintenance

Scheduled servicing tracked on the platform — never run-to-failure.

GPS & panic button

On every vehicle, tested on a fixed schedule — no exceptions by vehicle class.

First-aid & fire extinguisher

Stocked, sealed and checked as part of the pre-trip inspection.

Pre-trip inspection

A daily checklist logged digitally before the first pickup of the shift.

Emission compliance

Valid PUC on every vehicle, with a rising EV share on feasible routes.

Statutory compliance

What we maintain and produce on demand.

Incident response

What happens when something goes wrong.

  1. 01

    Alert

Panic button, driver call or control-room observation raises the incident instantly.

  2. 02

    Respond

Control room contacts the vehicle within minutes and grades the severity.

  3. 03

    Dispatch support

Nearest field team, backup vehicle or emergency services routed to the location.

  4. 04

    Inform

Client SPOC and, where relevant, the employee's emergency contact are notified.

  5. 05

    Review

A written post-incident review within 48 hours — what happened, and what changed.

Response-time commitments are stated in the SLA and reported against every month.

FAQ

Safety questions

Can our compliance team audit you?
Yes, and we encourage it. The registers in the table above are maintained continuously, so an audit is a document handover, not a scramble. Certificate numbers are available on request.
What triggers a driver's removal?
Behaviour scores below threshold after counselling, any verified misconduct, lapsed verification or licence issues. Removal from a client account is immediate while review runs — never after it.
Who answers the panic button?
A staffed 24×7 control room — not a voicemail box or an outsourced call centre. Every alert is acknowledged, acted on and logged, and the log is visible to your admin team.
Do the same standards apply to partner vehicles?
Identically. Partner vehicles and drivers pass the same verification, training and inspection gates before they carry a single employee, and stay in the same monthly audit cycle.
